Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy! Bloom, baby! is a company which offers Hypnobirthing education in group, private or online settings.

Hypnobirthing is a form of childbirth education that combines theory, self hypnosis, deep relaxation and a toolkit of techniques to optimise your mind and body for birth.

Our purpose is to provide you with the information and resources so that you feel prepared and empowered for your birth. Whether it is at home, in hospital or in theatre- we want you to remember the journey to meeting your baby for the very first time forever, and for all of the right reasons. This is a safe space for our community (and your bellies) to grow together. We’re so excited that you’re here.

Hi, I'm Lucy Mount

I am a Midwife, Hypnobirthing Practitioner and founder of Bloom, baby! For the past 4 years I have been living and working on Larrakia Country and was so lucky to be a part of the pregnancy, childbirth and transition to motherhood for so many beautiful women and birthing people in and around Darwin, NT.

As of September 2026 I am travelling around Australia working as an Agency Midwife and teaching Hypnobirthing either in-person or online depending on location.

As a childbirth educator it is my hope to share knowledge, strength and tools to allow more people to experience positive, calm, safe and empowering births. I believe that pregnancy, childbirth and the transition into motherhood is the most powerful and sacred time in a woman/birthing person’s life- something they will remember forever- and it is the greatest honour to be present in their space and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their story.
